The agent did a great job and was very efficient. They are always very helpful. We have the Geek Squad plan where all of our computers and printers are covered for Geek Squad assistance.

Our NAS backup was installed and I was given a cheat sheet to explain how it worked and what steps my husband needed to do to add his lap top to the system.He took all the time I needed to understand .There were steps that required research on his part, but he did it.

Service man not only installed the modem but also resolved several other issues. While here he sold us another item and installed it. Plus he recommended anther service call of which was not his field of expertise. problems solved

The agents installed an Eero Router and connected all but my PC. I had to allow the Certificate Authorization to be accepted on my PC before the connection would hold. I did a hard reboot of my PC. The connection had paused after 2 Geeks worked on it. Now it is fine. You might make a note of that fix if it happens to you on another install.

The Geek Squad... Yes... worth it... If your not so much into the technically handy (like us) this is a life saver... Thanks to the Geek Squad I haven't had one issue, No Drops, Loss of connections... They set up out Nighthawk 3600 and it's be wonderful to not lose any connections or have any loss of WiFi at all

I had unknowingly unplugged my internet coming into the house. The technician was so great, showed me everything to look for, checked everything out and even ran the webroot to make sure nothing had infected my computer. I will always call geek squad!

The service guy was professional and very knowledgeable. The job was completed and works well.

The Geek Squad techs were tenacious in getting it running. After a couple of initial glitches during set-up, the did the trouble shooting to figure out the initial problems and everything has run fine since.

Explains and recommended the Eero mesh system. I told him it was to expensive so he tried to see if there was something I could get that was less expensive. I appreciated him trying to work with me because it made me feel that he was not just trying to make a dollar off me but was fixing my issue. I purchased tie eero system and now I have no issues with my WiFi.
