My service installer was AWESOME! He took care of everything installing my new Wi-Fi equipment and it didn’t take a long time. Communication was great and h was actually early and called to confirm that was ok.

The technician who came out to our house was great. He really knew his stuff and took care of use quickly.

Once again the Geeks have not disappointed. I needed a boost for my WiFi to be able to reach the end of the house for my new Samsung Smart TV to be able to work properly. Mike set up the WiFi booster through the house and everything works very well and the boosters are cleverly placed so they do not ruin the decor of my house.

Aaron & Cortland installed 85" TV , new receiver,Blu-Ray, Sonos indoor/outdoor system with outdoor speakers , as well as a new mesh router. They worked tirelessly and answered all our questions. Aaron in fact is planning to come back this week to tie up a couple of loose ends as well as answer any additional questions after we will have had a couple days to "play" with new equipment.

Mahreen was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, a pure delight. She knew exactly what she was about and mounted my TV, set up the DVD player, showed me how to use the remotes and helped me with my scanner. I could not have asked for a more pleasant, perfect experience. Bravo to Geek Squad and especially Mahreen, who is an asset to you!!!!

Great job overall! The only down down side if you need Cat 5, Cat 6 rewiring done in the whole house, you have to have a very good electrician or someone to help. Best Buy is good at the small stuff and the equipment, not at the end to end of the wiring. One suggestion to Best Buy, is to do deals with local companies that can provide that or train some of the technicians more to be able to take care of more complex wiring issues in the house. But Over all, they did a great Job, after we got the electricians to wire up the house. Everything is working great.

Excellent service. We had trouble with the Netflix connection to our TV in one room but no problem in another. The Tech quickly discovered an internet "dead spot" (my words) in the first room and an easy work-around by simply placing the Roko on an extension cord!

I love Geek Squad!! They're always so awesome and never make me feel old and dumb, lol!!! I am so not electronic savvy, so I'm always amazed at how quickly and efficiently they work. We had Nathan Urias for our appointment and I will definitely ask for him again!!!!

The Tech is a GENIUS!!!! And this is no exaggeration. He went about repairing my WIFI connection with confidence and capability. I had to wait (in line) for three weeks before my turn arrived, but without his expertise, my PC would be capable of being an expensive typewriter. My yearly Geek Squad maintenance agreement is worth every penny.

The Geek Squad did a really fast install of our wi-fi system.

The agent did an excellent job installing my Eero Pro Mesh Network to radically improve my WIFI capability. What impressed me most about the agent was his patience working with AT&T to shut down the wireless on my router so that the Eero Pro could be effectively installed. Great guy and I definitely could not have done it without his assistance.
