EERO install

I had to allow the Certificate Authorization to be accepted on my PC before the connection would hold. I did a hard reboot of my PC. The connection had paused after 2 Geeks worked on it. Now it is fine. You might make a note of that fix if it happens to you on another install.

Geek Squad agent right on the money!!!

When the setup was completed there was a problem with the internet feed from the cable company. After waiting 3 days for cable repair the problem was resolved. Joshua came back ran some tests on the setup and everything is running beautifully. Thanks Geek Squad and your agent Joshua.

The Geek Squad... Yes... worth it...

If your not so much into the technically handy (like us) this is a life saver... Thanks to the Geek Squad I haven't had one issue, No Drops, Loss of connections... They set up out Nighthawk 3600 and it's be wonderful to not lose any connections or have any loss of WiFi at all

He was Personable, Knowledgeable and would be welcome in my home at any time. He is a great reprehensive of Best Buy.

Geek Squad is great!

The first time we used them was to hang a large television and connect the surround sound. This time we used them to install home secuity cameras, a new router and WIFI extender. Won't even think twice about using Geek Squad in the future.
