Product Defective

After looking into the instruction manual it said the UV was broken. Kind of annoying to go through a purchase and the product was defective from the start and having to return it.

Looks can be deceiving!

Unfortunately, after the 4th use the indicators started flashing red and blue. I tried recharging it, but no change. Manual said it indicated damaged UV bulbs. Made no sense to me, but I returned it for an exchange. Best Buy swapped it quickly via UPS. Unfortunately, as soon as I charged the replacement sanitizer and tried to use it, the same red/blue flashing lights started on the indicator. Two for two is a bad record when dealing with defects.
