I wanted to like this product, but it probably should never have been rolled in its current form. The idea that you have to place your phone in the headset and wobble your head around to navigate it is ridiculous. There needs to be a attachment from the headset to the phone and the controls need to be toggled from the phone or some other entity. This was not good.

It was a pretty picture but ended up making my head hurt shortly after having it on

Not a very well built item. Buy a cardboard VR set if you want to go this cheap.

Took a chance buying this VR headset because it was deeply discounted. Quickly learned why it was on sale. If you are looking for a sharp viewing image this VR headset is not for you. Extremely poor quality

This item is absolutely garbage. Calling this VR isa joke. The QR code’s don’t work. No sound, no controls for gaming no Bluetooth and you’ve got to take the phone out of the “Vr goggles” for EVERYTHING!!!!

Apps do not interface. Google web monitor reported it is not compatible with IOS 14 and later. i.e. most recent iPhones. Must return. It was an Xmas present to grandson. Best Buy should know better.

This was disappointing. My son has a Samsung straight talk phone and wanted a vr headset. The guy I spoke with in the cell phone section said this would work with any phone . Downloaded the app and it says it's not compatible with the phone. Huge let down.

The unit has solid construction. Thats the only good thing I can say about it. When compared to other models, it just cost way to much. The application isn't anything to write home about either. I would say find another model.

I bought these to kind of dabble in vr and see if i liked it. There is no controller, hardly any apps and is generally difficult to use. Just go ahead and the the oculus go. The oculus is incredible.

Product claims to work for IPhone 6 and it did work, but the iPhone 6 didn't properly seat into the device nor did it completely cover the window. You could see light at each end of the iPhone. Returned it.

It’s cool for a little while but honestly for the price it’s not worth it. I found one of similar quality at the dollar store for 5 bucks.

Not visually stunning in the least.....like watching an old VHS video...this is the first bad rating on a Best Buy product for me

Nothing ever lines up properly with this. everything is distorted, end up taking the phone out and watching normally

Great idea but couldn't figure out how to use it. No directions within the package and the app I downloaded only had instructions for Canadian users.

Not worth the money no instructions on how to use very disappointed first and last time purchase
