Doctor suggested a mist humidifier. I purchased this humidifier, but it doesn’t mist. I had no idea how it works. It blows air but not mist. I received it defective apparently. We put water in it and used it with no mist at all. When I watched videos to understand how it works, I realized it's defective. I reached out to the website and scheduled an appointment in BestBuy repair. The person said it is too late to return. We got it in October 2024, I realized it is defective in Feb 2025. I asked them if they can repair. They said no. A guy said "you only paid $10 for it." It doesn't actually matter how much I paid, it could be $1. But I used around $40 reward/gift money and $10. It was very humiliating, the way he responded. Then, he said he could take it back if it was Feb 22 or so, it was March 1. I don't know what's the difference. I talked to the manager, she wasn't any help. Just repeated (it is late to return) even not checking the item brand new in the box. BestBuy West Lebanon, NH - not purchasing from there anymore. Maybe no BestBuy purchases no more - if there are alternatives.

Very nice Humidifier. Very small so it doesn't take up a lot of room. Like that I can adjust how much mist that come out. it also has a slot that you can use vapor/ infusion pads. It is very quiet which is great will not disturb your sleep. it shuts off if the water runs out. Overall it is a great humidifier.

This thing is a lifesaver. I used to have a much larger one that I loved, but this one works for just my bedroom one night at a time. My big one used to run just about all day without needing a refill. This one needs a fill every morning if I have it on full blast all night.

This was small compact and is easy to use. Cleaning of the machine is also simple enough.

I do deep cleaning weekly at the same time for this item and another one of same branch, size except blue container. This one somehow traps more moisture and so easier get mold.

Wonderfull product has helped me humidify my room. My morning allergies have been reduced. Its small enough to fit on my night stand and not take a lot of space.

I needed small humidifiers for our bedrooms and these work perfect. The mist is adjustable, you can add essential oils if you want to, its quiet. Definitely would buy this item again.

If you dont need a giant tank, this will definitely serve its purpose. Has a soft hum that will also help you sleep.
