Stuck and not happy

Returned it for another and once again got stuck in on position. Tried to return again and Best Buy would not let me return of exchange unit. 4 days out of return date.

I tried several times, plug and unplug, google search, etc, and nothing worked. Does not turn on or off as it sould, and i was to late to return it. And yes, the teeth were lined up, and not stuck in any way. Garbage imo, but it has other good reviews as well.

Don't buy this product

Too hot to handle

Spent extra and got what I paid for
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The down check is because it labored and almost bogged down when shredding the maximum 11 pages. A quirk seems to be a one off. When plugged in for the first time there was a significant pause before it actually came on. The machine is kept unplugged when not in use. It works. It cross cuts what is being shredded. I got what I paid for. There were cheaper options. This is replacing one of those cheaper options. Now only time will tell just how much bang for the buck I actually got.
