Great Portable AC UNIT

Once I had the pieces cut to fit the window the rest of set up was easy. Don't like the remote cuz it does now have a back lite to work in the dark.

Posted .We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you on installation of the unit. The window venting bracket measures 26.6 inches. It is then extendable from 38.2 to 52 inches. The bracket will need to be modified if the windows do not fall in between the above measurements. This can be done simply, by having it cut at a local hardware store.

They are supposed have automatic lifting vents. Two of three didn’t work. And due to the pandemic I have no options. Bummer.

Posted .We are terribly sorry to hear this ! Air outlets for this unit automatically opens when turned on, and automatically closes when turned off. Sometimes, due to their weight, these AC's can get damaged during transit, which might explain why they arrived broken.

You also need to cut the window adapter panel for the discharge hose if it does not fit your window. They would have been better off giving you different size panels.
