Great heater for small spaces I use it in the garage

If you are looking for a small portable heater, enough for a small area, this works just fine. My lower rating is because the blue letter/number display did not work after the first day. We are only seeing partial characters.

I bought this to assist in the heating of my basement. It does the job. I wouldn't recommend it for single-use in larger spaces but it works well in small areas.

I really liked this heater at first. After few months it smelled like the heater was burning. I was really freaked out because this was in my daughters room and it stared to make a weird sound. So we had to get rid of it.

Use on this cold day and is not warm up quick as I want.

This heater was ok for a small room but you need to start it up early

My wife didn't like this portable remote control heater. She said the circular effect flow didn't work for her because there was no direct stream of heat flow and the heat was too much in different areas of the room. We ending up returning this heater.

Not powerful enough for the room I intended it for.

I don't like that it doesn't go off & on to save $.

I give it two stars wish I could of gave it more but the plug gets really hot and smells like its burning.cant use it much. But I got it on clearance.

It does what it says it will do for a 400 sq ft area. My bedroom is basically that size and it kept me warm. I set the timer for six hours which was 9pm to 3am and it turned itself off. I was quite toasty by then. It takes about 30 minutes to warm up my little room. I can see why this thing is good because its so small. The foot print is very small. THe only thing is.... It smells so bad when it is working. It smells like burning. I hate that smell so instead I warm up the room for a bit and then turn it off and then return to the warm room and then re heat again later. It smells so bad. It is burning plastic smell but there is no actually burning going on.

They should do real quality check before sending out their products. Light indicators were not working on this heater, right out of the box.

Good item for the size, i have one and ordered 2 more for other bedrooms. I ordered requested same day delivery and paid for same day shipping and still waiting for the 2 i ordered , I suggest in store pick. I was strung along all day to called in and chatted to confirm same day delivery and they lied. They kept telling me it would arrive same day via phone and chat. Then an hour before closing i got an email saying my order was no longer available for same day delivery. Smh, I’ve shopped at this location for years, the customer service has been declining the last few years

the remote is a feature i didn't think i would use but its the biggest feature i love. heats up a room fairly quickly and not as loud as other space heater from insignia and holmes.. again depends on the size of the room.. loved this model so much i bought 2 of them...

I have had this product for two days, only officially used it for one, and it crapped out. I know it isn't the best of the bunch, and you really shouldn't use it for more than a couple of hours but REALLY!?!? ONE DAY OF USE!?!?! Spend your money somewhere else!

Purchased 2 different types of heaters this was less efficient at heating an entire room

Bought for last winter used only a few months, tried using it this winter less than a year and it didn’t work. Do not purchase this product!
