User note: you must have a window to vent the heat duct. As long as you use that, this is a perfect unit. Plenty of cooling power for a rather good size room. I used it after the Cedar Rapids Derecho destroyed the AC in one of my equipment penthouses downtown CR. This kept a 2500 sf room with elevator motors and electronics cool enough for the elevators and electronics to keep working.

I suggest to reinforce the shipping package (e.g., add some foam to protect the pipes) because the exhaust pipes could be broken very easily during transportation.

Besides that pretty good. It cools down my whole room which is 20 square feet. Just takes some time for the cold air to come out.

Switches on and off while you try sleep .... ugh ... unplug and deal with the heat. I packed it up and will rather have a wall mounted unit installed at 2 or 3 times the price, it's worth it for my sleep

When I set it up and turned it on, the low fan setting was a surprise. I have not turned it up more than low. Tip: When installing the vent on the window have some cord insulation available.

They could add a small futures on it . Like automatic swing head but even without that , Still is really good and still I can’t believe this AC doesn’t need any drain. It’s working perfectly.

I wish it could get cooler (like mid to upper 60s) but that’s maybe if it was a higher btu machine. Overall, this unit works.

The unit worked great right away & cooled off our bedroom. During the hottest days, the unit definitely had a harder time keeping things cool, but it was still an improvement from fans. The unit is not too loud.
