Customers are saying
Customers express satisfaction with the 450 Sq. Ft. Portable Air Conditioner's cooling power and its ability to cool their entire apartment quickly. They also appreciate its easy setup and portability. However, some customers find the noise level to be a bit loud on the high setting. Additionally, it requires a window to be open in order to use it, which may not be ideal for all users.

- Pros mentioned:Cooling
Works as advertised
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It does a good job of cooling down my small house (750 sqft) I use it with a small fan to circulate the air to the back rooms and it makes a noticeable difference after about a hour. It cools down the living room and dining room very well if I don't run the extra fan. They are about 450 sqft combined.

Really good air conditioner
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like this AC . Everything is really good. They could add a small futures on it . Like automatic swing head but even without that , Still is really good and still I can’t believe this AC doesn’t need any drain. It’s working perfectly.

Great
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stays super cold and isn't too loud. It doesn't take up a lot of space and the white makes it fit in.

Great for cooling off.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this portable a/c for our upstairs bedroom. We have central a/c but upstairs does not cool off enough. Our window a/c went out on us. We did not want to continue hauling a window a/c in & out of the window, as we are senior citizens. We had to increase our circuit amp to 20 amps for this powerful unit. It is worth every penny. This unit is cheaper than installing a permanent room a/c. We are extremely comfortable with this unit.

Very good unit.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It replaced a old Royal Soverign unit that was the same BTU that died. This works much better and keeps the room cooler. Seems like an excellent unit. I only gave it four stars cause we only have had it a short time. If it proves dependable over time, I will revise to five stars.

Little noisy, takes forever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like others have mentioned. It can be a tad noisy if you are trying to sleep with it on. Also seems to take several hours to cool a room that is hot. However once it does get going, it seems to cool fairly well for the price we paid

Good unit
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Set up was easy. It helped cool my downstairs of about 1,000 square feet with another unit. The unit worked well but did not seem to get as cold as another unit I had with comparable specs. There was not a huge difference though.

Gets the job done
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The unit helps cool things down. The only complaint I have is that with my windows, it takes some rigging to get the exhaust installed. The rim of my windowsill was to high and blocked the hole. They need a taller window adapter

Better than expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We tried 3 different portable air conditioner units before we found the Honeywell. Even in the hottest days, it kept our family room cool @ 72 degrees when it was 95 degrees outside. It was the best built portable AC unit that we tried while waiting for our central to get fixed. It was the best $400 that we spent to keep us cool. Great job Honeywell.
