Works as advertised. Keeps small 400sq ft room really cool. Quiet and efficient.

Works perfectly for our needs. Its quiet and cools the room in a sufficient amount of time. My only issues are the lights are really bright, so we covered them with the electrical tape and the vents are manual vs automatic which I though was strange, but hey one less part to break right?! I would purchase again.

Does not maintain 73 when temp outside above 90 degrees.

Bought this portable AC unit as a quick fix! It was easy to set up & worked great!

Cools really good once room gets cooled down. It has a 10-12 degree difference between compressor kicking off then coming back on. Once room cooled down it cycles normal.

Adequately cools dorm room, easy to use, don't have to empty the Pail that often.

Does a great job cooling the room, but never turns off. The ac kicks on and reaches the correct chosen temperature. Then the ac turns off and the fan continues blowing.

I have a 13x 13 ft bedroom with 10 ft ceilings. It cools the bedroom really well so I dont have to cool the whole house, so I can save on electricity. I like it cold too and it does it well to 68-69 deg.

This item is very recommended however my only issue is like eight most ac, the electricity bill is high... but That’s how most real acs are anyway

This works great for everything it's designed to do. The exhaust line could be longer for my needs but I made it work. I use it in a section of my remodeled basement. I use it mainly for cooling. I've not needed it for heat. I've used it a few times for dehumidifying and it works great.

It works great! Fast set up and cool down. A little heavy but manageable.

Needed an inexpensive unit to cool our kids bedroom on hot summer days. This unit fits the bill and is doing a great job with no issues so far. Basic features, but great price. Exactly what we were looking for.

Great alternative to a full in window air conditioner. Very easy to set up, cooled our medium size master bedroom and bath well, did not see an excessive spike in electrical use. If you don't want to go through the hassle of putting a a/c unit in a window, and only need it for a few months, this is a really good alternative.

Our master bedroom is 300 square feet with 16' high vaulted ceilings. In summer it can heat up to 85 with the House AC on. We bought this portable AC to cool down our room at night without cooling the entire house and it is amazing! It can cool our room to a consistent 67-68 degrees at night and get there within 20-30 minutes after being over 80 degrees. Highly recommend

I bought this because the higher the btu the quicker the room cools the less energy used. Unfortunately my match box of an apartment can't handle anything higher than low. However I find myself waking up in the middle of the night with icicles on my nose and my toes are ice cubes because it's so cold. Sometimes I just put it on dehumidifier and it's comfortable within 10 mins.

First time I am trying this type of air conditioner, which is acutally humidifier, fan and air conditioner. It was easy to assemble if your positioning it next to a window. The hose and all were easy to install. I like it because it can be moved around during cleaning time. And when using the direction is not stable to one place, you just turn it and thats all.
