I was a little concerned initially that I would be draining the moisture collection tank on a regular basis but happily after 2 months of heavy usage it has not yet needed draining. I would heartily recommend this air conditioner to anyone considering a portable A/C.

(PC, Video game consoles, etc.) This unit was able to compensate for the heat and work with my current AC to cool the room.

It is lightweight and easy to set up and move around so I will use in a bedroom next summer.

Room environment conditions such as ceiling height, sunlight, number of windows/ doors and level of insulation can affect cooling efficiency and there are ways to increase the capacity of these units. There could be other reasons for the unit to not cool- temperature setting could be too high, or the exhaust hose may need re-installation to avoid the heat from coming back into the room. Great A/C and dehumidifier for basement
