Cools fine but super loud

Wanted to cut electric bill costs.. it cools my 20x20 room very fast but when I'm trying to sleep it is super loud when it kicks from fan to cool mode. Cant return because I threw package away

Easy setup, cool home

I have only used the AC option of this device, but it definitely makes my apartment cooler, not drastically but comfortably (25x20ft room). Its fairly quiet even on high setting and you dont have to drain so often. Low maintenance so far of 1 month of ownership.

My condo is about 950sq ft and on second floor (heat rises), and I have this a/c situated in a great spot that keeps my entire place cool. On really hot days (90+), it doesn't get lower than 77, but that is still better than the hell I'd be experiencing without it. Also, it's really quiet for an a/c, and very energy-efficient! I've checked my PG&E, and for an entire month, bill only went up $10. Would definitely recommend this and this brand again!!

This past heat wave I finally had had enough of not being able to sleep with the sticky, hot evenings. This portable A/C unit has been one of the best purchases we've made in a very long time. I was able to quickly set it up in about 10-15 minutes, it was very easy to do. It cools our 15'x15' bedroom from 80 degrees down to a more comfortable 70 degrees in about an hour, and on the low fan setting doesn't disturb our sleep.

Perfect Air Conditioner

When I’m sleeping. Occasionally will use for a few hours after work, depending how hot it is. Have not had any issues with it at all. Very easy to set up and use. I love how the AC unit will shut down if it has too much water built up and will flash a light on the AC telling you that it needs to be empty. Only thing I wish is I didn’t pay so much for shipping and handling charges. However, I wouldn’t change this purchase for nothing because I love the AC.

Our units work on self evaporation and do not need to be emptied unless operating in very humid conditions. When the water tank is full, the Ac will let out a beep and shut off, indicating that it needs to be emptied. Had to exchange it

Unfortunately the unit I received was damage on the side panal and would rattle when it was on. It also leaked a significant water on the bottom drain tube even though it was completely latched. Fortunately I was able to exchange it for another one and it runs perfect. The temperature outside was 88 but it cooled down the room to 72. The exhaust hose that connect is perfect where it latches on perfectly without any issue getting disconnected.
