Waste of money

When I first picked it up at the store I could not start the unit yet since additional items needed to be purchased in order to have it hooked up to the window. That was an extra $25. So a week before the store 14- day warranty expired we started up the machine. It was working okay at first but the real test was when the heat wave hit. It was 120° outside. it kept the room at 80° nothing lower then that. Then during the night as is got a bit cooler the outside temperature was 75° but the A/C wouldn't go lower then 78°. We tried everything we could to troubleshoot and nothing. Will never buy a Honeywell again. Even the customer service from Honeywell was terrible. When we asked for an extra extension for the window they refused to give it to us. They treated it like gold. Don't waste your money.
