Only four stars because the thermostat does turn the fan off right away when it reaches the desired temp. Goes on for hours sometime even though AC is not on. Why? Other than that no complaints.

What used to be a warm room is now comfortably cool. May not be whisper quiet but reasonably and tolerably audible.
