Excellent room air conditioner.

It was easy to hook up the exhaust duct to a window. I turned it on and it began working as I expected it would. It is about the same loudness as the 20" boxer fan that it replaced.

Great portable AC

I would not say I like this as well as a window unit as it is a bit noisy since everything is inside but it does cool the area well.

Great for basements

Our apartment doesn’t have central air and since it’s a basement it gets humid. This really comes in handy since it’s an air conditioner and dehumidifier in one!

cold but not super cold

There could be other reasons for the unit to not cool- temperature setting could be too high, or the exhaust hose may need re-installation to avoid the heat from coming back into the room. Doesn't cool off as quick as a window unit

The installation is a little bit tricky and I'd rather have to put in a window unit since this does take up a fair amount of space and venting the unit doesn't give you much leeway. Plus it doesn't cool off as quick as a 5000 btu window unit that costs half the price.
