This thing can’t cool the square feet is says it can. I have a very small bedroom, and while yes, it is hot outside (as I type this about 84 Fahrenheit) this piece of garbage, I bought less than a year ago, and clean the filters/empty the water reservoir consistently, can not, and has not been able to get my (again VERY small) room under 77.

It suppose to cool 450sq ft. My room is 191 square feet. It doesnt cool the room at all. You have to sit in front of it just to feel it. I literally have 2 fams on aswell because it serves no purpose. It only takes up space. Its so frustrating. I really wish I could get my momey back or switch for something else that produces actual cool air.

Not meant for 450sqft like the box says! I do not recommend! When its cot itll just stay at 78 i should of never bought this from best buy, so dissappointed because i wasted nearly 500$. 15 days is not enough to try an item out !

Awful. Hardly cooled the room at all

We returned it to the store. The people on line in front of us at customer service were returning the exact same unit for the same reasons.

I had to return it because it wouldn’t cool down my small apartment, I sat right in front of the A/C and didn’t do much. I had left it on for about 6-8 hours to test it, but still didn’t cool down my living room.

I placed this in a 150 sq ft room and even after five hours it could barely keep it cool on a less than 100° F day. The window hookup hose has space when outside air it's able to come in so heat is entering back in add the exhaust is pushed ought. I returned this item.
