I chose this A/C after researching everyone made. It was the best price and it came as promised. No damage. Since this is February and it is still winter I have not used it. I am confident it work fine upstairs when the Georgia summer kicks in.

Works great! But noisy. We purchased this for our bedroom kept the whole upper floor nice and cold but it is a little noisy for a bedroom. Would definitely use it during the day .

Struggled a bit to keep our living room area cool... area is less than the 450 square feet. Does better than our window unit did though.

This works great in our bedroom, my only issues with it is that it can be a little loud, even on low fan. It would be nice if you could dim/turn off the LCD temperature display.

Keeps the entire house cool and refreshed. Easy to use.

I share a tiny office with another teacher. Three doors with lots of traffic. This AC u it struggles to keep up. I had a $99 window unit in my last office which was larger but only had one door. That office was plenty cool.

Oh we have had this for only a week but it has been amazing! My upstairs is cool at night to sleep, it is versatile and can fit in a number of different windows vertical or horizontal. Awesome unit and probably purchasing a second. Quick shipping and delivery!

We installed this in July and used it for the balance of the summer. It worked great. We used it in a 15 x 20 room and it provided plenty of cooling. In fact, we ultimately left the door open to let it cover a bit more space on our second floor.

Works in the specified square footage area. Easy to set up and get cool air right away. There might be better and cheaper options out there.

As advertised it is perfect for room 300-400 sq ft , quiet enough to watch tv with it on and even sleep . Down side is the window mounting , my window was not one pictured in the instructions so home made modifications were done with minimal effort but maybe you will have better luck with window type.

We bought this to put in our bedroom instead of using a traditional window unit. We are very pleased with it so far. It cools down the room great, and if we leave the door open, it helps to cool down a decent portion of the upstairs as well. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

Took about 20 minutes to set up. It's a Honeywell, so it's going to work and any issues covered by their warranty. The box was a little heavier than I thought it would be. It was very well packed. We are thinking of purchasing another one for our Main floor.

So far, I enjoy it! I use it twice a week for those sunny days in LA above 90 for 6-8 hours. I emptied the water twice so far, and it's been a small amount. I use it in my living room and it will cool it, but does not extend to the dining room or kitchen.

Living in a condo that I'm renting which doesn't let you do any alterations to windows. This perfectly in the odd shape windows I have with a minimal amount of ease and cools of the room quickly. Definitely would recommend if you don't want to buy a standard in window option.

Emergency purchase when home A/C failed and temp was 95. Made the bedroom cool, and gives us flexibility now to help someone in need or cool a large single room.

Purchased because our hvac was on the fritz. Moved a few months later and found the second floor of our new house did not cool. We plugged this in and kept it running all summer. Dropped the electric bill because it took so much stress off of the central AC.

Was moving into an old farm house during the summer that didn't have A/C. It was hot and humid out and this unit made the difference between being comfortable or being miserable. Was really easy to set up, and since it removed so much water form the air, I set up a hose off the unit to drain outside. Worked really well.

Perfect air conditioner for a one bedroom apartment. It would be nice if it came with a water tube for the back.

This unit keeps our bedroom nice and cool all summer. It was great knowing we had a place to escape the heat and made sleeping so much better. Just have to remember to check the screen air filter if the unit starts to make any weird noises.

Two pieces broken and could connect to window vent. Pack it up and return for an exchange. Upon open new package immediately new 3 pieces were missing from first unit. Finally got unit installed and learn remote did not work. Not worth the trouble to pack up and return the second time. So I kept it and walk over to change settings.. so far beside remote it work good. Have not had any very hot days yet.
