Cools pretty darn fast in the summer, and if you don't need it to cool, the fan mode works pretty well too. Takes a bit of space, so find a nice corner window to hook it into!

Great Portable AC

So far water buildup is non existent. Keeps our room over the garage at a constant 75 degrees. Our latest power bill showed a sizable difference since using this unit over turning main AC down. Highly recommend this unit.

IT should be used to cool a particular spot rather than area. Also important to note is that the description says it will cool up to 400sqft. However, on the box, it says 350sqft. It struggled keeping my room cool on an 85 degree day. Ended up returning the item and trading for a 6,000btu window unit that works way better.
