Works just fine, and it was prepared for more noise. This unit is very quiet and has a great remote.

Cools our very large master bedroom from 80deg to 70deg in about 30 minutes. We do have to turn the TV up a bit more to hear over the noise, but it is tolerable. Also, the vent lets in smells from outdoors when it is not in use.

This ac unit works, puts out pretty cold air. The only gripe I have is how it stops working at times if u don't reset the temperature.

The air conditioning unit takes a while to adequately cool a room. however it runs very quietly.

This performed beyond my expectations during Summer 2018. Quietly cooled a 400 sq ft top floor room quickly and kept it at a comfortable temperature all weekend.

I'm using this unit in my storage building to keep Texas heat from ruining my stored goods. It works great!!! Couldn't be happier, for now.

Cools great for medium size room. Window install took some cutting to fit but overall was easy.

Bought this for my son who lives in Arizona. He was able to keep his apartment cool even when it was very hot outside. He had no problems with setting it up.

I am very grateful to have purchased this AC in the middle of a heat wave with no other cooling capability. I use it every day. It really only cools one room and is heavy (though mobile) to use, but it's well worth it.

This unit is great. I have a small condo and use this in the living room area and it cools the kitchen as well as the living area. Have another in my bed room and between the two they cool the entire condominium Love it

I'm happy with this A/C unit. My apartment is just under 700 sq ft. I am on the 1st floor and on the east side of the building out of the afternoon sun. It keeps my apartment nice and cool without having to run constantly.

Unit works great in our living room. It stays there (which is fine with us) as the unit is not quite as portable as advertised.

onestly, it's an awesome air conditioner. Is it loud? No. Does it make noise? Duh. I mean come on people....it's an air conditioner. We have our literally set up next to our TV and it's no louder than a box fan set on high. As for those who say it doesn't cool their homes

Working well for it's second summer. Good cold air. I'm not accumulating any water in the unit.

My home air conditioner went out, in Las Vegas, in August. Didn't want to leave my dog in a hot house while I was at work.. I bought this air conditioner set it up in my bed room, kept the who;e room cool. Would recommend this product.

good portable AC unit spans large sq area and cools fast. you will need window access to push out heat

Service center folk gave me an extender unit for window kit as complementary. Service was great and the product is very good than I was expected. Quite enough and good enough to cover our master bedroom. I am now considering getting one more for other room.

it is a very good one for even larger spaces than suggested. i have used it in about 500 ft area and it did good, Window fitting for pipe is bit tricky.
