The unit was very easy to set up.It performed exceptionally well for the space I had it in.

The unit works well, but didn't cool as much of an area as i was hoping. I wound up moving it o a smaller room in my house and it worked fine. But don't expect it to cool anything larger than a small office or bedroom.

We purchased this in a emergency situation when our Motorhome air conditioner broke on a trip and the weather was extremely hot. It quickly cools off the space and maintains the temp you set. It vents out a window. The spacer for the window was the wrong size for our application so we used thick foam poster board to create a place to vent.

Simple set up and cooled a bedroom to perfection. We moved it around to other rooms to help. It can’t cool more than 1 room effectively but it helped out.

This machine has been running for a little over 2 months now and has been keeping my space nice and cool. It was an easy set up.

This air conditioner takes a while to cool the room, however the room stays cool. Also it is louder than the window unit we used to have. I really like the timer feature and that it also has a dehumidifier setting ( great for our traditional Hawaiian home)overall pretty good product for the price.

This product is more than what I expected it cools my room very well and I recommend this product for small rooms as well.

You need a big condensate bucket/pale to catch the condensate drain. It does drain a lot and fills the 2 Gallon bucket up in 24 hr. Overall, it did a nice job cooling the room we put it in. I vented the discharge hose into our attic as we have windows that roll out.

It kept things cool during the hot days of this summer. I have no complaints at all for this product. It was very easy to setup and use.

Great unit, a little on the pricey side but it does an excellent job and is easy to use. Setup is a bit of a pain with the window exhaust portion as it doesn't seem to have pins set for standard window widths. Nothing a saw couldn't solve. I do recommend the unit for dehumidifying as well.

Others have said this doesn't cool that well - I have NOT had that problem. We use this in the guest room, and if anything, it gets way too cold. The only drawback I'd say is that even on low, the fan is still loud on this thing. There's no real "low" fan mode. Personally, I always sleep with some white noise - so it doesn't bother me at all (I actually prefer it). However, if you're the type that likes as little noise as possible when sleeping, I'd avoid. The price is a bit much for what it is, but unfortunately I had to get it right as things were heating up. Best Buy had some models last year that were definitely a better value, but it does work. I'd just maybe knock $50 off the price.

The Honeywell Air Conditioner was very easy to set up. It was much easier to set up than a normal AC and cools the house down within minutes. Very happy with the purchase.

Use in room over garage. Reduces stress on central AC in the summer. Worked great during hurricane plugged into generator after we lost power.

Just bought this yesterday. Easy to install. Bought it for my bedroom and now I can sleep at night. Keeps the room cool. Awesome product.

Replaced an aging Maytag portable AC with this one. Very impressed. Does a beautiful job of cooling our large master bedroom, and does it quietly too.

We had an older, less powerful AC in our bedroom and this new AC blew it out the water in performance. I feel like we being more energy-efficient too as this unit seems to cool the space faster and keep it cool by effectively turning off the condenser when goal temp reached and then kicking condenser back on when needed (fan runs continuously). Also, instead of just displaying thermostat setting on the digital display, this unit actually displays the current room temperature.

I've had it for a day, and I am disappointed. It's a 12,000 btu unit, and after hours connected in my living room it didnt cool it at all. I decided to move unit into my room was able to feel a slight coolness in the room, I was advised for my living room size 12,000 btu should take care of it, not sure if I'm keeping it. Should have gone with window unit instead, much cheaper may I add
