Works great for home use but not office use. I use it all the time.

First time to buy a shredder and I am happy to have this.

Catch bin could be bigger so it doesn't have to be emptied so often.

Looked larger online. Shreds just fine just need to empty it a lot.

I returned an item.think it was defective. Return dept was very helpful.fast service.

It works great. But looks Cheep, I don't think it will last. Time will tell. The last shredder I had was one I got over 25 years ago, and it came free with a purchase of a case or box of paper. It was a 100% better built. ( you know the good ole days)

This shredder gets the job done but it doesn’t accept any more than 6 sheets at a time successfully. I would not attempt to shred anymore than six sheets and I will never attempt to shred (plastic) credit cards. Katt

Paper jammed during first day using. Troubleshooting advice was to reverse paper which only caused paper to lodge at center where the sensor is situated. With the sensor blocked the blades do not shred. We fully disassembled and tried to clean but after a couple hours of frustration decided to give up and just trash it. I believe residual adhesive from envelopes or certain documents caused the jam. It was not overfilled with too many sheets ever. The sensor is in the worst possible location of incoming paper, the center, because if jamming begins the paper is forced inwards directly towards it. We finished shredding by hand, which took several hours over the next few weeks. We do not live close to a Best Buy and UPS charges to pick up and return items.

this item was the worst items I have ever bought from Best Buy ! Have never had any issues prior to this purchase. It was a piece of crap. it was made with very cheap materials. The strips were very wide & did not cut away my name, dob & private info. I tried inserting my documents in another angle but that did not solve the problem completely. It over heated within 3 minutes of use & took 45 minutes for the motor to cool completely. Would NOT recommend this product to anyone

cheaply made and very small capacity compared to any shredder I have had in the past. Shredding requires extremely accurate feeding and appliance does not cut off easily when jammed. If your needs for shredding are more than occasional, I would recommend moving on to another product and manufacturer.

Good for cutting paper. Only complaint is when it gets hot won’t work anymore until it cools off.

Happy with this it shreds cards and everything I just wish the part that holds shredded paper was bigger .

Had this shredder for about 1 years but it malfunctioned and will only go in reverse so I’m getting a new one. I like the card shredder option

My previous shredder finally broke on me after years of shredding. I wasn’t sure about purchasing this brand and model. It’s been great so far... very fast and quiet. Love the design and quality of the product.
