    I should have read the specs before I bought. Very small capacity and only shreds in strips. Took it back same day. Wasn’t what I wanted or needed to provide security of personal documents that contained private information.

    This unit worked well for the first month. It is not working now. The auto button will not shut off and runs non stop, have to unplug the unit. The unit jams with 3 papers. Had to flip unit upside down and use the reverse feed. Not pleased at all for spending $65 this unit is junk.

    Stay away from this garbage and don't waste your time or money. I never wrote a review for any products but I am so annoyed by this product. The moment I plugged it to the power outlet I saw sparkles and it broke right away. I went to Best Buy for an exchange and it took another two weeks for me to get one. Then after using it for 15 minutes it broke again. Seriously, spend your money on something that makes more sense.

    The 8-sheet shredder works fine. Handles the capacity well. Be aware that you have to place the paper at least a 1/4 inches into the slot in order for to automatically feed in.
