The bottom basket is very thin and damaged product

The bottom container was very thin and was broken. Looked like someone returned that earlier and bestbuy shipped it to me without checking. I returned the product and did not get back my reward points yet.

Doesn’t shred more than three pages doesn’t work for the credit card spot When shredding a credit care through the credit card hole it just looks like something chewed on it it comes out put together still.

More like 2. Second attempt to use it completely broke. Will only go in reverse. Dont waste your time. Very very cheap. Super disappointed.
