Horrible customer service

When i finally got home and opened it up there was a scratch on the bin and little white plastic pieces in the bag with the shredder head. I tried to return it to my local Best But and it was past the 14 days and they would not allow me to return it. It was broken and they still said they could do nothing for me. Not good customer service at all.
