I just got the unit yesterday and could not wait to pull it out of box right away. The unit itself was like a large suitcase. With its size, I expected a more powerful cooling flow, but was not impressed by its output. Needless to say, it was super loud and gigantic to put in a room. I could not sleep with it operating. It also took it an hour to bring down 5 degrees and never drop to 75 degree. I only tried it one day, but feel like I should get a cheaper window unit instead. The noise was around 55 to 60 db when operating in lowest power.

I love this product!!! It cools my house so quickly, and is very efficient! Would definitely recommend it!

I bought this to cool a small bedroom. When set at 68 degrees, it just barely cools the room. That combined with the very loud running noise makes this a oversized underachiever. Look elsewhere for you cooling needs.

Easy to install. Very loud. Leaks Condensation on the floor. Tanks do not fill. Does not shut down or error when tanks full. I do not live in a humid climate but still leaking 2 gallons a day from the bottom of the unit.

I tried using it on multiple days and it didn't cool my tiny room at all. Took 2 hours to get the room temperature down by 2 degrees. Plus it is extremely loud! UPS also damaged it the first time they shipped it.

Very inefficient. Creates a strong negative pressure which does allow the cold air it blows to populate other areas of the apartment. I smoke vapor tested the air flow in my apartment and when this unit is on the air current gets sucked straight into the room it is located. So the cold air doesn't go anywhere but around and around the one room it is located. The hose is too short which means it has to be placed next to a window, and in my case cannot be placed in a better location. For the money its a waste for the little amount of cooling it does, compared to a window unit. If you can buy a window shaker, they are more efficient and cheaper.

Awful experience -- SUPER LOUD & SUPER EXPENSIVE! Used ~ 5 times summer of 2017, stored inside (not moved at all), cleaned, etc., just set up for summer 2018, and died after using it two times over 10 days. Did BestBuy refund, repair or replace? NO! I'll never buy another item from them.

Set it up, turned it on and it sounded like a bad prop plane from metal on metal rubbing inside unit. Called BB# on receipt just to be told we have to deal with it tomorrow. So took it back to local BB. Now not on sale any more. Seems like I will be shopping elsewhere.

This air conditioner was expensive, so I thought it would last at least 10 years being rated one of the best. But no, it already doesn't blow cold air. I will never buy Honeywell again. They don't offer to fix them either.
