I purchased this model in July of 2017 and returned in September 2018 to buy another when my daughter requested a fan to replace another, older fan that was giving out.

Nice fan for price

With this fan I don't have to place it on something tall so it will be at window height. It has worked very well and I consider it a good buy. The only drawback is everything is plastic so I wouldn't put it somewhere where it might get knocked around.

Silent But....
