Yes, it’s quiet to an extent but you can barely feel a breeze with this fan on. It feels like it’s always blowing air on a low setting when I have it on a high setting. They’re are stronger fans out there. Not worth it.

Only 4 power settings too and the top setting doesn’t seem to circulate as much air as I’d like. Not a bad fan, but there are many better options for the price.
