Quiet but not worth it.

Unfortunately, the height adjustment is near impossible to use. Lift and turn, seems like a great idea. However, it does not translate to everyday usage. Ninety percent of the time, it does not take hold and the fan drops rapidly. This is not a quiet action. It can take over a minute of repeated attempts to get the height adjustment to "stick". Triggered.
