While it is very quiet, the blades do not turn very quickly, even when on the high setting and therefore, does not provide much cooling relief. Also, the base screw does not hold the pole in place and it always drops to the lowest setting. Very poor quality, which is surprising as Honeywell is normally know for it quality products.
