Very quiet and slow

I got this fan and it barely blows any air and is too quiet. The blades were uneven and caused the entire fan to make a rattling noise all night. Returning it tonight.

Had to add rubberbands in between the covers because rattled so much. It is quiet due to not blowing very hard.

I have 2 Honeywell oscillating fans on low, that has placed HSF600B to shame on high (5). Honeywell, still have a solid base. How you tighten the adjustment pole, could be a problem for a customer with RA. Already returned the first one due to unacceptable packaging. I would appreciate if the boxed product is sealed upon delivery & that it is in a packaging box. How am I supposed to return this one without looking like a so & so fool? If, this is the direction; then, it is time for me stop shopping.
