On vacation from 9/13- 9/21. came home to a fan with a horrible rattle , and a stand that slides down from it high position by itself. Now I am stuck with a fan that can not be returned due to an unknown Best Buy policy. Will warn others so they won't have the same experience.

Is it really a fan though… not a fan

Sent it back. My pirtable small desk dan is even way stronger.

Started making loud grinding noise after 1 month.
