I originally purchased 2 units and they are excellent. I then decided to buy a third unit and it was noisy and I returned it and ordered another. This 4th unit is a customer return!! Sticky top panel and previous customer's name/address hidden under a blank label, actually, 2 blank label, which I peeled off. The 2 original units were packed in outer boxes and then shrink wrapped. The third and fourth just came in their gift boxes.

Quiet and seems to be working smoothly so far. Easy to use, love the different settings. Wish it was on wheels so I could move it to different rooms if needed. Glad I didn't spend a small fortune on a Dyson.

Best purchase!! Third one bought ,one of them for son. No colds no covid,and hardly ever have to dust or clean the fan blades !! Best product ever

The Honeywell Insight 500 Sq. Ft. HEPA Air Purifier works pretty well, the draw backs however are it is not energy rated, the filters are expensive and even after calling the company itself, left things confusing because you have to buy special extra filters for smoke odors, kitchen odors or pet odors, it lists them as hepa filters when you look them up and say they only last up to 3 months yet the company says the hepa should last a year. Another annoying problem is when you go to purchase the regular hepa filters you only get 2 in the box and this unit takes 3 so you have to spend over 100.00 and get 2 boxes just to have 3 hepas. The pre filters come folded in a box and you have to cut them to size, they are thinner than the one that comes with the unit and they are flimsy

This is a quiet unit. The rooms that the unit services are almost dust-free. I have had several Honeywell units over the years. I like them because you can find the filters for them years later. I have had others and can never find filters down the road. Operation is easy as well.

Excellent air purifier! Purchased this while on sale and have never slept better. The cool, clean air coupled with the slight white noise from the machine have been ideal for my bedroom

So far so good. Had this air purifier about 2 weeks now and it is working as advertised. I am breathing better and dust is way down.

Overall, very happy with the Honeywell Hepa filter air purifier. We have it located in the kitchen of our in-law apartment and it definitely keeps the air clean. Works ro remove food smells and pet dander. Highly recommend.

I've never breathed better in my own home. As someone with persistent sinus issues and cats, no more odd house smells from them, no more worry about outside air quality warnings creeping in my house.

Does an excellent job of purifying the air in my apartment; I love that the auto mode kicks it up to high when I'm cooking or it detects particles in the air. Much more convenient than having to change the settings manually all the time.

Works well. Since I have been using this my daughter who has allergies to our dog has had no allergy issues at all. Runs very quiet and I like the auto feature that monitors the air and self adjusts the fan speed as needed. So far so good and recommend.

Air cleaners are exceeding my expectations. I can see the difference With less dust build up. The air fresh and allergies are not an issue for my family at home. They are very quiet. I bought 2 of these units.

Great air purifier. This is now my fifth honeywell in various sizes to compliment different rooms. It gets the work done and it is very quite. Dramatic difference for a house with dogs too.

Has kept the air in my house allergen free and noticed it's benefits immediately. Pretty quiet overall, easy to leave on and let it work its magic. Would highly recommend!

I decided to get this machine as it was on a great sale. I suffer from major allergies and have an air purifier in every room. I decided to take an older purifier to my new office and replaced it at home with this one. I think the design is good. The air is pulled in from the front so that it can get closer to walls without an issue and it pushes the air out of the top of the machine. Better design than most purifiers from that alone. It uses three smaller HEPA filters which was a surprise to me. The noise level is low on low power modes. But it is very loud on turbo. So maybe run that when you're not home or when you don't mind the extra noise. So far, a great machine!

My home has in-floor hydronic heat, therefore my home has poor air circulation - at least it did. These air purifiers are quiet, easy to use and clean the air of pet and bird dander. I fully recommend this model and would buy it again.

Works great, you can feel the difference in the air almost immediately. The Turbo opción it’s a bit noisy but not in a bad way (more like a regular Fan on high really) but get a LOT of air and cover the area faster. About filters...like someone mentioned before the Box come with 2 filters inside and you have to put 3 on the Machine so if you can buy 3 boxes so you can have for the next 2 changes. (So far the ones that comes with last over 6 months, the one I have it’s about to hit a year and still running and working great) so even that you have to spend like $55 per box with only 2 filter out of 3 the life expectancy of the filters it’s very good. This one it’s was a gift to my brother that was having a new baby girl and well we want to protect our little ones the best we can....don’t we?!? Honestly GREAT Product I will be buying another one for the first floor sometime soon.

This thing is great for those bad air quality days. It's big, so you need a space for it, and can be loud when cranked up to full power. But it can really clean a space quickly (based on the on device sensors at least, assuming those are trustworthy) and is easy to move around as needed, despite the size.

This is our 2nd unit. They run quiet & appear to filter the air as reviewed. We also purchased a small unit for the bedroom. Purchased during forest fires in our area causing the air quality to become unhealthy. The units filtered the smoke & smell from the air.
