They picked it up at the store near them without any problems. After getting it home and plugging it in it began to trip the fuses in two different areas of the home. It was boxed back up and returned a few days later.

Not a promising heater

Good while it worked but....

Useful functions and excellent high heat......Good blower fan....Low heat is not quite as warm as I had hoped for, but I still think it is a 5-star economy heater!

On the box this the company stated it should heat up a room the size of my family room. Well, it did not so I returned it within two days.

Press the temp up button wrong and temp goes down instead, etc. Have to wiggle it to work,
