This purifier works well, doesn't cost a lot of money, and is easy to clean. But it's LOUD. On the high fan setting you would not want to be in an otherwise quiet room with this. And turning the fan speed down to reduce noise greatly reduces the airflow and the effectiveness of the purifier. The filters are fairly easy to clean since all you have to do is vacuum them out with a brush attachment, but it doesn't seem to catch as much stuff as I would have expected, probably due to the low fan speed to keep the noise down. I would suggest another model over this one in most cases.

This air purifier does a great job of removing airborne particles/dust/dirt etc. I would recommend it to almost anyone. It has no small parts for children to get ahold of. It has a great filter that lasts a lifetime. It is a great value. One of the indicators that I look for in a purifier is to see how much air current is actually pushed throught the unit, that tells me how much air is getting purified. I set this on about four feet from the end of my bed and I can feel its purified air current on my face all the way at the headboard. Great product!

The Best Buy product review says that the HEPA filters are washable. They are not!! The manual says that if you wash the HEPA filters,they will be destroyed! New HEPA filters cost almost as much as I paid for the whole unit.

I really like this product I put it in the living room during the day and the bedroom at night. Helps with odors alot.

It does seem to be doing everything that it says it does. Im very pleased with the overall product. No complaints!

We needed an air cleaner that was economically efficient. This design was great too, belonging nicely into a small space.

Very good product. I love it. It is not noisy, as a matter of fact, the sound puts you to sleep. Very easy to set up, and no need to replace filters, just wash the black filter that comes with it. My experience with the product itself is really good. The only disppointing experience was when I picked it up, and it was not ready. And now, it is on sale by $20 off. This makes my overall experience a little disappointing. but, as to product alone, it is really good.

I used to have a Ionic Pro, also from Best Buy. I now have the Honeywell air purifier. The Honeywell is a whole lot better. When I had the Ionic Pro my house still had that dog smell. And since i got the Honeywell, when i walk into my house, it smells clean. I have a choc lab.

i bought this product for my health, and is realy good, keep my room fresh and clean, Iam very happy, i can breath better at night.

Received unit and put it up. I does clean the air in the room but don't set in front of it or you may get a chill. I have to turn it in a way that it doesn't blow on myself and others in the living room.

A little noisy but real quite on the lowest setting, overall happy with its performance.

we bought 1 3 months back and are very pleased. our plan is to buy a 2nd one and either one in 2 room or to place the 2 in the biggest room when company is here. i am purchasing the 2nd air cleaner now. also, i sleep better (per my wife).

Hard to say. Maybe I have no idea what I'm talking about here, but using the Ionizer on the purifier made the room have that clean hospital smell and that was great! But after a week, it seems to be nothing but an ordinary fan, and the top two speeds are nowhere near quiet. If the filter is working, then ok. I can't really tell. But if it is removing smaller than plain sight particles, how could I notice? I don't know. I have it in my room and run it all night when I sleep. Maybe I am used to the smell of the Ionizer, but the room doesn't smell any different than other rooms in the house.

I've noticed a more comfortable night's sleep, and the air seems somewhat fresher in the bedroom. However, it is a big noisy--but it beats the price of something from Sharper Image.

This purifier cleans and moves air very good but it's to loud.

I bought this when my baby girl was born. Even though they claim that it purifies air quality and removes dust and other particles from air but how I can i verify if it really does. I guess you have to be an environmental scientist to verify their claim. I just use it anyways.
