works great and keeps the temp down inside, it was easy to set up

Great product, works well in a large living room and is very quiet.

I got this unit when it was very warm outside. It keeps my room at a balanced temperature just like a large unit would. The only thing when the compressor kicks on it's a little louder but not too bad. I expected more due to the unit I got rid of, this one is great.

This thing is amazing to cool down most rooms. We have high ceilings and a wide open space for our living room/kitchen but this thing helps keep it apartment cool on super hot days. It couldn’t bring it down to the 60s but always cools down the room by 15-20 degrees.

Although I have a big house and my HVAC keeps my house cool, when it’s over 90 degrees and I have 100 people inside the house constantly going in and out of the house, my central air can’t keep the house cool enough This portable HVAC helps keep my house cool so everyone’s comfortable , and what a difference. Very easy and simple to set up .

My central air quit, I bought this while waiting to get that fixed. It is big, and with the outside hose takes up a lot of room. Kind of destroys my decor, but cool air is worth it. Central air fixed, still using this at the far end of the house from ca.

This unit performed well. Make sure you vent the exhaust into a window, or it will fight against itself as it generates a lot of heat. The auto-evaporate function was a great feature!

This portable AC unit literally saved us during this breathless summer when our home AC unit went out. We plugged it in, vented out the window in the kitchen and were able to drop the inside temperature to a comfortable level and make it for approximately a week before our other unit was repaired. Well worth the purchase. Thanks.

The air conditioner works well. It isn't too loud and the air coming from it is nice and cool. If you stick to the advertised square foot limits it does the job.

This unit is a little larger and more expensive than the others,,,, but well worth it. Takes on even the hottest day this year near 100 degrees! Everything works Great and made our days comfortable and nights able to sleep. Should have bought it sooner!

It worked ehhh the first 7-8 months where it would reach 60-65 degrees but thats only if the weather outside is below 70s. Now its summer where tempratures are above 90s and this air conditioner doesn't go below 75 degrees in a small 10x15 sq ft. Bedroom. I feel the internal thermometer is not sensing the true temperature of the room. So the compressor never kicks in where you have it set to. I'm going to try and see if i can exchange for a higher btu model. I suggest you do too. I also don't like the way the vent only directs the air upwards rather than shoot straight horizontal like my old one did. I often like to feel the blown compressed air being shot straight at me next to my bed. It is quieter than my previous and only one exhaust duct rather than two, I give it that! But if i must go back to a two duct system (one intake and one exhaust) to get colder results, then I rather go back to that. I need my 60-65!

This portable AC unit works pretty well. I have a big room that I was trying to cool down and although this unit didn't make it ice cold in the room, it did drop the temperature several degrees and made it comfortable.

On month use. Works great, with no issues. Quite air-conditioner.

I like the features of this appliance. When I was setting it up, I felt like some of the information was tedious. Maybe put information for morons at the end of the directions. I am lucky that the window panel fit in my window. I think the company did a good job in determining all types of windows, even old, small windows that are in my Garden apartment. The only reason I didn't give this appliance 5 stars was because it was a little louder than I expected.

Unlike other portable A/Cs I have purchased, this one dissipates the water so you don't have to disconnect it, lift it, and drain it. Very quiet fan on low speed and it cools QUICKLY! Sleep timer function as well, so I don't have to run it all night after the bedroom cools down. Highly recommended!
