I use it in my living room. If it's hot outside, I I close my bedroom doors and bathroom door. It does not appear to go below 73 degrees.

Great Portable AC

The only thing I do not like is that it does not cool past my living room and takes a bit of time to cool but for that I would have purchased a higher btu ac so I'm satisfied.
