I brought this AC in May 2018. My AC unit went out too much money too fix. So I brought this AC to keep me cool and comfortable for those hot days.

It works fine for now. I don't know how long it will last. I bought other company's and it only lasted 2 years. We will see.

works good in my bedroom but not very good in the living room. for the square footage it should work in my living room but struggles to cool very well. won't buy this product again. sticking to lg for my cooling needs

This A/C keeps a good size room at a cool temperature. Quiet running for the most part. Lives up to its advertisement.

Live in an apt / keeps me cool - just wish it kept more than 1 room cool - the room it is in - but I am grateful for that

Air conditioner doesn't seem to be very efficient -it is constantly running. It never seems to reach its set temperature, but when it does, the fan is still on.. haven't tried the dehumidifier feature yet

I am pretty happy with this a/c. However, I like room to be cold. It will bring the temperature down to 70 even when I set to 63. I also bought a larger unit then what was suggested for the room size.

The window adapter can fit a 26 inch window, or beyond 33 inches, but nothing inbetween. The directions literally day to bring a piece to the hardware store to have it cut if it doesn't fit. Buyer beware!

Works well considering the uninsulated room it is cooling. We have triple digits, and the ac keeps the garage between 80-82* when set at 75*.

Does a good job of making the living room more comfortable during really hot days. Noise is noticeable, but ok.

The Portable Air Conditioner I bought is a bargain got much use out of it and still works great.

Bought this unit for my mom and she doesn't like waking up in the middle of the night just to drain the water and start the unit up again. Seems to just take 6 hours for the reservoir to fill up which causes the unit to stop. I have another portable air condition that does a better job at maintaining condensation and it's $100 cheaper. If you really want to use this unit in dry mode, you'll need to cut out a hole out your window screen and buy a longer hose, or get large water basin for the condensation to drain into.

This has saved me from the Summer's Heat, and I don't know how I lived without it all these years.

This unit is in a room that is less than 500 square feet and does not keep the entire space cool. If the humidity is high the variance is about 10 decrease less than the outside temp.

Bought for my grandmother works perfectly in a small area, a little hard to set up and would not work in a a larger room.

Bought this in hopes of permanently replacing a window unit following installation off replacement windows. We closed off all unnecessary rooms and limited the area to be cooled to about 550 square feet. Couldn’t get the area cooler than 81 degrees even though the unit was on 60 degrees. It never cycled off during the three days it was running. Ended up making something to install in the window so I could reinstall the window unit without damaging the frame if the new windows. Will be returning the unit today.
