We were pleasantly surprised at the power and the cold cold air in this portable a/c. It was pretty easy to install the vent in the window. Cooled the room very quickly.

Easy set up, great power and covers a large room area

Excellent product. We had an AC issue over the summer and this did a super good job of cooling my large bedroom. It was extremely easy to set up and use.

This air conditioner has cooled my room as promised. Even though it is literally portable, its bulky size makes it rather difficult to move. Installation was very easy.

I literally died last year from the scorching heat and decided to jump on a portable quick. The unit is in my apartment livingroom and it cools off the area quick, but takes several hours to reach my bedroom. I'm saving up to buy one for my bedroom this way it will feel like I have central air lol. I actually convinced a customer to buy one instead of a fan. One of many GOOD purchases from Best Buy. Highly recommended it.

Great unit. I have it in my living room. Efficiently cools the room. This unit is very quiet. I especially like the dehumidifier. The room stays cool with very limited humidity in the air.

Moving into an apartment, we needed a moveable AC unit. This unit was perfect for our living room that has a loft in it. Keep us cool and it was quite. It is kinda bulky but is totally worth it to escape from the heat!

Easy to set up and way more quiet than other ACs I have had. It has been a lifesaver. Wish they made one with more BTUs. My room is pretty large.

When our central air in our home stopped working we needed to purchase a portable A/C unit to use until our HVAC company could come and install the new central air. After doing a lot of research I decided that the Honeywell portable A/C would fit the bill. I was not disappointed! The kept a good portion of our home cool. Now, I use it in the 2nd floor master bedroom, which was always difficult to keep cool. It works like a charm. In almost a month I have not had to empty any water from the unit even though it has been used a lot during these hot days! I would definitely buy one again!

Works as described. Choose the next larger capacity, glad we did. Cools a warm/hot room is a reasonable amount of time. Installation instructions were clear, easy to follow.

It cools a large room well. But for the size, price, and weight of the item, I did expect more. Hard to store during the winter and takes up space during the summer. The output air is hot enough that it takes away from cooling the room.

This big fella cranks out the cool air, it's a little hefty, it does the trick though.

It was ok but I ended up returning it because I think my kitchen and living room were just too big to keep it cold. It was comfortable but not cold. Probably would've worked better in a smaller room. But the air coming from it was cold and the set up was fairly easy. Just wasn't cold enough for me in those rooms.

I have a basement apartment and this things cools down the whole thing. I have it in my living room, turn it on when I get home and in about an hour or so depending on how hot it is outside my apartment is cool. The dehumidier only feature is great since I live in a basement and don't always need the a/C

I have this in my rather small bedroom with black out shades on the only window. The unit is great when the daytime high is under 100, and okay under 105. It just can’t cope with 110+, struggling mightily to keep the room under 100. It would be a great room AC for Prescott, Portland, or most of the Midwest.

We were hopeful by getting a more powerful air conditioning unit. We only desired to cool our bedroom and our daughters bedroom with it. If it is running for half of the afternoon it will actually cool her room off enough also. But if we turn it on an hour before her bedtime it doesn't work at all and her room is hot all night. I am impressed with how quiet it is though.

This is a great portable AC unit...it isn't heavy and I would say it is about mid-range in terms of how loud it is...We do like how easy it is to install and the adjustable features and the remote...can most certainly recommend.

The ac works fine. It keeps my med size bedroom nice and cool. The ac unit needs to be 20 inches from the window and the tubing that goes out the window can't have any kinks in it or it work properly. I didn't realize this when I bought it so now I have a ac sitting in the middle of the room.
