It never feels like it is actually warming a room, although it might raise the room's temperature but a degree or two. It also draws a lot of power.

More than enough heat

Kept the house more than comfortable until we were able to replace the whole-house unit. Safe and ready to use. Not a danger to our pets. Would definitely recommend this as a short term or even extensive term use.

This new one is much lighter, & has more energy-efficient ideas/settings. I keep my house @72* , & the setting on this heater, @ 70*. Since I placed it in my bedroom (over the garage, on the western side of the house, where most of the cold weather comes from), it gives me the extra heat on the colder days .
