This fan stands 13" tall, but the actual fan is a round plastic fan that is no more than a few inches. There is so much wasted space to make this fan look bigger it could be half the size and still function the exact same. It is only really quiet on the first couple settings, which are so weak you can barely feel it from 2 feet away. This fan is OK if you're sitting really close to it, but is way overpriced.
