Purchased for a new home, did not install myself. Absolutely love it so far. Very easy to set up, no problems losing the network. Could not recommend enough.

The thermostat works well and I appreciate the extra features such as email notification if it gets too cool in the house and the fan circulation feature.

It's a great product overall. Has a few more features than NEST and some of the others for less (e.g. humidity levels). Ideally, I wish it were a little more attractive, but it blends well into the wall.

This is the one of the best thermostats that I have ever owned. Very easy to read, programming is easy. You can check it and set it on your smart phone. Awesome ! I monitor the temperature in my house while Away and i turn the heat up before I get home from a long trip. I keep it cooler inside the house while gone. The accuracy is good, keeps me comfortable.

The thermostat works great and connects to the wifi easily. Scheduling is also easy. Works with Alexa, but only when not on a schedule. App is great.

There is a slight learning curve, but once you understand how to use it, the thermostat is very convenient. The interface is quite intuitive and the wireless function works very quickly and well.

Before buying, was severely torn between this, the lyric, as well as the nest. I went with this product because it gave me the best of both worlds: remote location control and manual in-home control. I feel a display screen is essential for a thermostat, especially one that allows for manual control. Sensitivity is also very accurate within +\- 1 degree. Definitely would recommend! Still qualifies for rebates with most energy suppliers.

Bought this to replace an AT&T Digital Life home automation thermostat. Had a little trouble installing, but this had to do with a 're-wiring' that AT&T installer did to make the other one work. Love the pick your color/theme feature! The smart phone app is easy to use and works very well.

I was a little concerned, at first, attempting to remove the old thermostat and install this Honeywell unit. However, the instructions were very clear and helpful and the installation was a breeze. No problems at all and it connects easily to a smart phone (with downloaded app) and easily connects with the Amazon "echo". A great product and I'll purchase an additional unit for the upstairs system.

Had some trouble installing because I blew a fuse as I was installing (make sure you turn off all the power before installing - I had the wrong fuse shut off). After that snafu, all has been good since. The app is very easy to use. I give this a 4 of 5 because I also purchased the non-touchscreen wifi thermostat for my other unit and hooked it up to the same app. That $99 thermostat works just as well as this $180 thermostat, so I regret paying the extra just to get touchscreen. But, it's good otherwise.

Nice thermostat. Can customize display color and access over the Internet. Never come home to a cold or hot house again!

Easy to install as long as you have a "C" wire already connected to your furnace. Remote App works well as long as your internet connection doesn't fail while you are away.

I was wary of spending so much on a thermostat, but this one did not disappoint. Simple enough to install, and the user interface is excellent. The app works well, and it connected easily to my home network. Great display, and intuitive to use. I installed this upstairs and will replace my downstairs thermostat with the same model.

So darn handy and install with all the videos made it a winch You may have to jumper wires at furnace to have fan and heat work together but watched three different videos and use a Miki bolt measure this will tell you what you have to do. To be able to adjust heat and timer daily from anywhere with wife being disabled is a dream she can adjust to whatever and do on her own.
