Does a good job and seems to be accurate. I did not have the C wire but it was easy to replace my 4 conductor wire with a 5 to make the proper connections. I like the auto change from heat to cool. My old Honeywell thermostat had the option to advance the current schedule to a different one, if say you came home from work early, that I miss. I also think they should give you more control from the app.

After reading the customer reviews and then experiencing it myself i am convinced i made the right decision. the ability to change the color screens and the display are first rate. and the ability to connect and control it from anywhere is great. the online interface couldn't be more simple. you'll love it .

I did some online research on smart thermostats and this one was by far the best one for my needs. It took less than 10 minutes to wire up and everything was running perfectly! It does exactly what it's supposed to do and I love the advanced control I now have over my home's heating and cooling system.

the install I had a air conditioning service man do since I am not very mechanically inclined and he did have to go up to the furnace in my attic to hook up the electrical wire to the thermastat since my last one ran on batteries so glad I had him do it. I have had it a week and love it so far. I can use my wifi to control it and have my house cooling 30 minutes before I get home from work.

Purchased over 2 months ago. Best Thermostat we ever owned. Saved us money on our utility bill the 1st month. Install was pretty straightforward, followed online videos and it works fine. Enjoying the remote app in case we forget to adjust temp when we are out of the house. Nice peace of mind.

I love this Honeywell Smart WiFi Thermostat. The App that can be downloaded to my iPhone makes it possible to change the temperature from anywhere that I have WiFi, whether I'm at home on the couch or across the country. I can also set up a permanent or temporary heat or cold hold from my phone. I love this product!

Only complaint I have is they do not offer an auto feature to let it choose heat or ac based off temperature.

We upgraded from a very old thermostat. Our system is a straight cool as opposed to a heat pump so this was a quantum leap forward. Love the inclusion of inside humidity as well as local outside weather in your zip code via your internet connection. Easy programming with touch screen.

I purchased this some time ago but haven't used it because when I went to replace it my wires are too thin to connect to the new thermostat.

Best Buy had exactly the wi-fi thermostat I wanted, according to reviews. Transaction went smoothly. Bought two of them on-line one day at a fairly reasonable price and picked them up at my local store the next day, so I had the thermostats to install conveniently and immediately.

Works amazing, well worth the money. Love all the features and the ability to operate with my cell phone!

Very easy to install and very easy to use like the smartphone feature

I was having instillation problems with another brand of thermostat. After speaking with a few installers they recommended this Honeywell. It is a great product that works very well. The install was easy. I am very happy with this product and have already recommended it to a few friends.

Great overall smart/wifi thermostat. Does everything I want it to, and like that it shows indoor humidity.

Bought this to integrate it with Alexa and I could not have made a better purchase. I do not have to go to the Thermostat to turn it on/off - not that I am lazy but sometimes it is inconvenient to go upstairs to turn it on/off when you are busy downstairs for example.

I have used the smartphone to adjust the temperature setting remotely several times. It's really nice to be able to turn the heat down even if I've left home.
