Terrific thermostat. Installation not hard but make sure you take a picture of the wiring in your old thermostat before installing this one. Install is not hard but you do not want the wrong colored wire in the wrong slot or your heat may be cool and your air may be hot. Great price too.

While the remote access is nice, you don't really use it. However, what this product does do is regularly turn the fan on and off even when the compressor isn't running. We have found this keeps the whole house comfortable between cycles. Also handy is the outside temp and humidity display.

Worth the pennies. Keeps things easy and simple to install and use.

This unit was easy to install, if your not colorblind. I bought this for my mothers house so she could keep track of the temps, and use the program function. The phone app is very easy to use as well. The screen is large enough to read, and the touch sensitivity is adequate.

Purchased this thermostat instead of the more expensive NEST; after reading the reviews. I preferred the look of the Honeywell Thermostat being able to see date/time, temperature inside & outside. I like being able to turn on the heater before coming home. This a great buy.

Operation and set up are simple and intuitive, connection to system was easy, do note a c wire is required. Scheduling options in app and Web were impressive. The circulate feature is is a favorite. Looking forward to seeing if there's a cost savings now that I have them installed

I bought this thermostat for my parents and Florida, and unfortunately Duke Energy doesn't offer rebates for having a smart thermostat. However, my parents love being able to control their a/c with their smartphone whenever they leave for work and forget to turn it off.

Thermostat works great, install was overal pretty easy.

I can now turn on and off my A/C from my phone! It took some time to figure out how to install since I didn't have a C wire hook up, but there are plenty of videos online to help. I still want to play with the features but do far it's been awesome.

Is Google Assistant comparable and works pretty well. It took some trial and error and an online chat session with Honeywell to get the appropriate connections set up. Definitely need to make sure all your wires aren't crossed.

This thermostat is very accurate, convenient and impressive. I love the functionality of being able to cut on my thermostat and set my thermostat from anywhere by using the app on my phone. It is fantastic. I love it!

***You need the extra wire to supply power to the device from your furnace***. Older homes might not have the correct wiring to power this. Check before you buy. Otherwise it works great. I have notice that it resets once in a while (Might be from power dips in my homes electrical system)

I found this item to be cumbersome when trying to connect to the internet

Works well with the Honeywell app and lutron caseta app. Easy to install and set up. Had a small hiccup where the screen turned white for some reason and immediately went back when touchscreen was pressed. If it continues would exchange because I am happy with everything else so far.

The device works well, I love being able to use my phone to operate the thermostat. My only complaint is that the back plate didnt seem to attach very well to the back of the unit.. i expected some sort of click, I am afraid one day it might pop off on its own and fall to floor.

I definitely did not have a problem with this product, but it does not compare to the bigger brands like Nest. I believe it was very simple to use and easy to set up and that is all I cared about...however, give it a try. I believe it all comes down to preference at the end.

First the Pros, programming and setting a schedule is great and easy, vacation mode is great as well and easy to set up, checking the weather from the thermostat is a nice touch as well. The Cons is mainly the internet connectivity, this thing does not like to connect to most wireless routers, and struggles to stay connected, most times it disconnects for a few hours then reconnects. I tried a few different wireless routers to see if it was router issue and it was the same across the board, Honeywell said it was my router. To get it to even connect at all I had to go into the router and assign an IP address specifically to the MAC address of the Thermostat, not something people should have to do for a thermostat in my opinion.

We replaced another high-end thermostat that would not regulate our air conditioning properly. This works great but I have been advised you should check with your service/repair person. It is best to assure compatibility.
