Does the job

Since I use this in close proximity in a cubicle, the lowest speed is actually still too strong and also produces more motor noise than I would prefer. It's been about a month since I unboxed this item and it still has a strong plastic smell. True it is made of plastic, but the odor is strong enough that it negatively affects the air that it blows.
