I actually purchased 2 last year from 2 different stores. Both fans died in less than 1 year. Honeywell only replaced 1 as a courtesy because both were out of the 1 yr mfg warranty per the date code on the prong of the fans. When Lasko made them, they lasted forever. I had 2 made by Lasko for over 10 years.
