App worthless

This feature doesn’t work right. The schedule option doesn’t work at all and never did. I called Honeywell on this and spent a lot of time on the phone and they couldn’t fix it and had no clue on why it didn’t work. They also said they would call me back the next day and they didn’t. I did a live chat with BB and they were of no help either so I’m returning this today and getting my money back. If you don’t care about the app then it’s fine but you’re paying for that feature and it should work. Don’t waste your money on this item if you plan on using the app.

Not A Direct Fan Type

This product filters form the front and blows it out the top. Did good but I did end up returning it. Now back on the market for a Dyson like I was from the beginning.

A loud waste of money

There was no discernible difference in air quality prior to using this unit. Additionally, it is extremely noisy. I returned it today. Don’t waste your money.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've only had this less than a month and it seems to that the VOC Sensor (detects harmful odor/bacteria) is stuck on HIGH all the time which is very noisey. The first few weeks it worked great. Taking it into Geek Squad to see if they can fix it or I may just return it an find a more reliable/quiet product.

Didn’t appear to make any difference in air qualit

In fact, our living room was much dustier when it ran for hours. A white dust formed on all our wood furniture. The front panel kept coming lose and made a rattling sound. Returned it to Best Buy. For $260 some dollars with tax, it was very disappointing.

Overpriced and Bluetooth Not Working

Didn’t work for us

Offgassing Horrible!!

After 5 min, I'm convinced it is the reason the red VOC sensor on it went off!! I let it run for about 8 hours, thinking it would get better as it ran. The air was so bad to breathe, I ended up at Urgent Care. I bought two different Honeywell Air Purifiers, and both smelled bad as they ran. It's not for people with breathing problems and intolerance for strong smells!!

Malfunctioned Just After 2 months

NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Only had it for a couple weeks and the fan inside starts to squeak annoyingly even on low. It sounds like the fan is scraping against the sidewall inside the air purifier.

Didn't last 6 months

I have another Honeywell purifier that has lasted 5 years so maybe I got a dude. Fortunately I purchased the 2 year replacement order I would be out $300. Please purchase the replacement plan if you plan on purchasing thus purifier

Not a good purifier

Air purification substandard, my Dyson fan/purifier would flawlessly kick in and get the job done indicating that Honeywell was just making a lot of noise. Returned for refund. Will wait for the new BlueAir Blue to be released. Consumer Reports also has a low regard for this model.
