Not worth the money

Posted .We're sorry to hear this humidifier did not meet your expectations. Please note, various conditions can affect the performance of your humidifier. Initially when using a unit, it can take a seemingly long time for the humidity level in the room to rise. The reason for this is that your unit is constantly trying to push moisture into an extremely dry environment. Everything in that environment (walls, floors, furniture, carpet, etc...) is absorbing this moisture. Only when all the objects in the environment are saturated, will the water from the humidifier stay in the air. Due to this, we recommend leaving your humidifier on the highest setting. If you have dry heat, such as forced hot air, it is best to let the unit run constantly. If you require assistance, please reach out to us directly. Cheap product and low quality

It was used only twice in the month. Now the red light indicating no water comes on within 5 mins of use, both at the low and high settings. Can't return it as it has been 28 days since I bought it. I have cleaned it twice and there are no scales on the heating element.

1. Turn the power OFF.
2. Refill and replace the Water Tank.
3. Wait 5 minutes, then turn the power ON.
