One day we had filled the tank with water and turned it on and nothing happened. The humidifier fill tank light turned on even though the tank was full. I am not sure what happened, but we might need to send it back to the manufacturer.

I ordered it online and in was available in the Indianapolis store within an hour. This was an emergency type gift because her baby needed this like asap. You came through and she picked it up two hours later. She was totally plieased.

I’m not sure what happened but shortly after the tank leaks water all over the nightstand. This has occurred on every use since. I no longer use this device because of it.

It does have a reservoir to put essential oils, but I don't think it's the way to diffuse it. It is fairly inexpensive if you only need it for a few weeks each year.

There are much better designs than this one. This product did not meet my expectations , I wouldn’t buy it again
