    1st one received was cracked, 2nd one works well but is rather troublesome to use. Cheap plastic, does not always auto fill from the reservoir, you have to tap it. I do like the essential oil cup.

    It nice snd girthy! Once you get oils its great. Oil is sold separately and i recommend buying a humidifier thermometer your humidity should be between 40%-60% and its hard to know without one… also sold separately

    This is a well made and efficient warm mist humidifier. The unit on the low setting is good for a single room for 24 hours. It kept the room comfortable and and helped me sleep better on the coldest dry days.

    I loke that you somt need any filtwrs ans i can use essential oils, but it can give more steem. Also it doesnt last for all night.

    The low setting seems rather low but when its on high its wonderful. Have not tried using the essential oil feature

    Doesn't produce as much mist as old vicks unit, and it developed a crack in the water tank near the heating element and customer service has been a nightmare.

    This product was an absolute nightmare! The product had an unnoticed crack in the portion where the water is kept.... I'll say NO more!! Had to return. With this product you certainly must have plenty of towels to soak up the excess water; even with no cracked container. I would strongly suggest a Humidifier that is a top loading, which is certainly much easier and probably a bit more in cost.

    No mist due to deteriorated part

    Used for 3 months and no mist, when I disassembled and realized in the filtering component? rubber ring around the filter deteriorated.

    Worst humidifier I’ve ever purchased

    This humidifier is horrific. If it fills the tray with the slightest bit of water it won’t work. It gets mineral build up all through it and the entire unit won’t function unless you take it apart and scrape it all out. It is absolutely the worst humidifier I’ve ever purchased, I wouldn’t even give it away at this point, it’s going into the trash.

    Piece of junk, don't buy. Quit working after 1 month. Unfortunately too late to return to Best Buy so chucked it in the trash can

    Bought 2 and they're good at the start but later on they start leaking. Got my floor damaged from having it turned on in one night.

    Kind of loud humming and water gurgling while running. Not functional for me in the bedroom.

      We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. As water drains from the unit into the base, air needs to enter the tank to equalize the pressure. As water is released into the base, a 'gurgling' noise can be heard as air enters the tank. This is normal for this humidifier while it is producing output.     The element calcifies every time it runs out of water needing to be scraped off with a metal tool seriously the worst humidifier I’ve ever even seen, laughable
